This program is dedicated to helping these youth overcome the challenges they face and thrive in their homes or communities due to social complexities or mental, and emotional abuse. Through a combination of mental health support, educational resources, life skills training, mentoring, recreational activities, and community connections, this program helps youth overcome their challenges and reach their full potential.
Specialized Services for Growth and Success offered by Operation HEAL include: 1. Mental & Emotional Health Support: The program provides access to individual and group therapy sessions with peers and others of understanding. This helps youth process and embrace their experiences and develop trust for themselves and others and healthy coping mechanisms for dealing with trauma and stress.
2. Educational Support:Operation HEAL offers educational resources to help youth catch up on any missed schooling due to displacement or deprivation. This helps consistently achieve and maintain academic performance at a level that allows for progression to the next grade.

Life Skills Training: The program offers workshops that focuses on self discovery along with classes on a variety of life skills, such asself-care training, character building, effective communication, decision making, time management, goal setting, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, financial literacy and job readiness.
